Susan Vaillancourt is the Chief Marketing Officer for Query.AI, the provider of the market’s only security investigations control plane for modern enterprises. She has more than 10 years of experience growing revenue and market share for cybersecurity companies through strategic and successful brand strategy and optimization.
Prior to joining Query.AI, Susan was VP of Brand Strategy for Mimecast, where she developed and defined Mimecast’s overarching brand strategy, launched the company’s first-ever brand platform, and defined and launched the company’s worldwide customer reference program focusing on public, marketing, and sales references.
Susan previously held executive marketing roles at Optiv where she was part of a leadership team that grew the company from $137M to $2.4B in revenue. Susan led all communications and branding efforts for the merger of two $750M companies - Accuvant and FishNet - to create and name Optiv. Prior to Optiv, Susan ran her own business, where she provided comprehensive marketing and communications services for companies across industries.
Susan holds a bachelors degree from the University or North Texas, and has completed courses toward an MBA from Northeastern University. She is an advocate for, and expert in, innovative approaches to marketing, and sourcing high-performance team members from unconventional places.
